"Techs did not arrive on the 8-10 am appt , I had to cancel office meetings just to wait for them , They arrived and was recommended to get vents . I asked to come a day after and they gave me a window of 3-4 hours. I can’t afford to stop working , so I asked for a specific time and day appp, but they did not bother to message me back . I cancelled my appt . Seems that they don’t have urgency, now that the weather is extremely hot and they can afford to dismiss work requests ."
