"I will not be purchasing from Bert Ogden BMW McAllen in the future. After being rear-ended on November 20th and taking my car to Bert Ogden Collision on November 22nd, I have experienced numerous delays in the repair process. Despite having faith in their abilities, we are now on the third supplemental order and I remain without my vehicle. This series of events has resulted in multiple orders for parts, causing unnecessary inconvenience and delay. As a customer who values timeliness and efficiency, this experience has been disappointing. It is my hope that steps can be taken to improve the repair process. This will be my last BMW purchase, I’m on my third."

"So, I would start off by saying that when I started this process of getting my vehicle fixed they did accommodate a date to drop off my vehicle and get it inspected because of my job. And during the inspection I met with Dolores, who from the start did tell me it was going to be a little bit of a process but that she would leave my car brand new. I just got my car back today after a little over 10 weeks. So I feel like I can give an honest review. The actual work was amazing, and like I mentioned before, going in I was already told that it might be a long process but that it would be worth the wait. Where the process was extremely frustrating was getting any sort of update on the vehicle. At times no one would answer the calls. And when they would answer, and promise to call back, and even repeat my number back to me, I could guarantee that I was not getting a call back. I understand that parts sometimes take forever to come in, and right now it’s tough. But when it’s my only vehicle that I rely on to go to work, visit family, live a normal life, a simple update would have been great. Would I recommend this place? Honestly, yes, just know that you’ll get an update maybe once a month."

"Only a 3.4 rating? That’s outrageous! I would give the Bert Ogden Chevrolet Body Shop 10 stars, but I’m limited to 5. Manager Tim Hancock, his assistant Dolores Garza & their staff are superb! They are all professional & detail oriented, especially Dolores who emulates Tim. You cannot tell my car had been damaged. Their work is flawless! They take pride in it. They do everything they can to please their customers. I know, & I will always highly recommend this shop."
