"Nurse Jasmine was so good! I really appreciated how she took the time to evaluate and assess me before she started lasering. Very thorough. She ended up altering the strength of the ray to be more affective! She also checked in on me throughout the process to make sure I was okay. Great nurse!"
"It was fine till my last appointment. But this time, I had an appointment at 4 pm for laser and I was there by 3:45. Guess what, I was kept waiting in the room until 5:15. Mine and half hour of utter waste of my time even if I have an appointment. I don’t understand, do they check me in if I’m late by an hour? I don’t see a reason for appointment. Please respect people’s time, at least when they have an appointment. And they say this in their room."
