"This place SUCKS. The front desk guy aka Mr Receptionist was rude. If you have a rule that must be followed PLEASE make sure your other staffs know the rules and regulations. That’s why you don’t have any business now."
"Worst experience ever — never going back. The receptionist was rude and tried to change the price of my tattoo after he had already quoted me and I had already paid. He said this was due to the location of my tat being near my chest versus my arm. Also, they were very impatient and curt with me. I needed to take a break in the process (it’s only my second tattoo and it was in a sensitive area) and they seemed really aggravated— I was the only customer at the time… They were also seemingly annoyed when I keep wanting to double check the size of my hearts before they were tatted on, which makes no sense to me since tats are permanent. They just weren’t pleasant and I’m still upset they charged me $100 for something that took like 15min./20min. My tattoo looks fine, but it didn’t feel comfortable at all - customer service is so important."

My wife loved the rose you made, and I love how you made my “King” tattoo stand out as if it was on my whole arm! Really it’s the size of my palm. I recommend this shop 10/10 times. And their prices? UNBEATABLE! Thank you golden needle !! Definitely bringing my family and friends here!"
