"Although the NPs are very nice, the ladies at the front desk are extremely incompetent and rude. They always book my appointments without numbing, never know the appropriate treatment areas. One time they called me from the front desk to ask where I was, when I was in the back already."

Nurse Ana performed my service and let me know exactly what she was going to do beforehand. This set my mind at ease, since this was my first time having Botox injections. Everyone there is really friendly and they are not over the top about trying to sell me other services when I am in there. They do mention other options, but they are not pushy! I appreciate how quickly they get me in and out, always on time and never a wait! The facility is extremely clean, and they are attentive to the small details. They also offer suggestions for in-between appointments to improve the process! I give them a 10/10!"
