They lost my business I m small but I won't be coming back, do what the consumer asked lost my business I felt hustled"
"Forgot about this place. Couple of months later and I’m still pissed. They lost my favorite pair of cowboy boots and after I confronted the lady at the front desk she insulted me (a paying customer) and said, “they aren’t even nice boots” they ended up finding my boots but the work was ok, not great. Very demeaning. From what I gather from reading the reviews this is a common issue. As a business owner, I would never treat a consumer like this. I do not recommend."
"Old Fashioned Mom and Pop shop. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained the cost up front. The boots were done sooner than they estimated and the work they did was a bit less expensive than they estimated. After having these boots re-soled at a different shop I was really disappointed with the work. Van’s knocked it out of the park with a full rebuild (new welt, full re-sole, converted them from leather to Vibram soles) I bought the boots 8 years ago and Van’s got them looking better than they were brand new! Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews. These are good people doing good work. True professionals."
