Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I wish I could give fewer than one stars for service. This is the third time in a row my order has been messed up in significant capacity in the last few weeks, and it will be the last as we won't be ordering from here again. Last week, they forgot everything on my bowl - literally sent us a bowl of rice. I don't even know how you manage that other than just having employees who are just grossly incompetent. This week, they put meat and cheese on my very veggie bowl. When we returned it to the store to have them remake it, they once again put meat in the bowl, and when asked to remake it, they replied with an eye roll and a huge sigh. Not the kind of service anyone wants or deserves."

"Never kept up with cleanness of the store especially in the dining area. Employees were closing up store and kitchen whenever it was barely 10:00. They didn’t care to be attentive to the customers trying to order, also there was a massive roach in the dining area . Pretty sure that was because of how dirty and full the trash cans were. This place is definitely in need of some kind help from management or corporate because the overall quality has been plummeting."

"Normally, the food is good, and the service matches. On this visit at this location, the food was old, and I had to ask for fresh meat but only got fresh chicken. The staff was young and didn't seem to want to be there. They didn't offer fresh food options, and my order took a while even though the place was empty."

"I hate to be that karen but its just always the same with this place dine in, take out or delivery they never fail to disappoint, the kids that work there can careless and theres no management in sight it dirty, trash can overflowing they close at 11 and by 9 they’re out of everything. And their portion control? I literally had to dig for these 5 pieces of chicken. Please DONT go here"

"Arrived at 9 pm was informed that location had already shutdown grill and tables where up and location closed at 11pm. Was informed by manager that there was no additional meet and items left where not even sufficient to make additional bowls . In addition a lady was picking up an online order that was marked completed and it wasn’t even ready so she left upset. Several cars pulling up and leaving. Might as well tell customer they close at 9 pm and don’t care about service. He had no cares when asked about why grill was closed and said we could get business card and call Allan. Also the music that was playing was unprofessional and not customer base. I should have read prior review that this is normal behavior and chipotle hasn’t done anything to correct it. Seems to be that chipotle is okay with tarnish business establishment and loosing customers. There also foil underneath the sour cream and sides. Would highly recommend food inspection to go at night and I am sure requirements aren’t being complied with. Save yourself a trip visit another food establishment . Save yourself your comment about going to a website to provide feedback you obviously have several reviews that you could utilize to better your business"
