"i can’t rate the food because we were never seated. after standing at the host stand for about 5 min watching a few servers do their thing we were finally approached by a young man who abruptly informed us it would be a 20-30 min wait for a table. I then proceeded to ask if the bar was available for a shorter wait. The response I got was in the most unnecessary tone. I was informed that due to low staff but his facial expression and tone left me feeling more like he just didn’t want to be bothered. needless to say we decided to not burden him with our patronage."
"Went on a busy friday night, few servers. With that being said service was terrible. Customers complaining. Food was disappointing but get extra credit on temperature it wasnt cold. Whats the point in all you can eat if it take another hour to get the food, judge yourself."
"The food, while pretty good, did not look like the ads, seems it never does. However the very best thing I had there was the boneless wings in garlic butter Parmesan sauce! I could drink that sauce! Our wait staff was very nice, helpful and kind."
"The gentleman that greeted us was very kind and made me feel welcomed. My friend had the 8oz steak and I had the southwest bowl, it was delicious!"
"Luis was great. He has awesome costumer service, he was not our waiter and he still made the time to bring our next round of drinks and clean our table after we finished eating. As a kitchen manager I really love seeing people go that extra mile to make sure people are enjoying their experience. Kudos for you Luis, you will go far with that great attitude!!"
