"Chipotle always hits the spot but this time was great ! Great portions the staff was great and professional. The young lady with the dark hair working the night shift Samantha was super sweet and kind we were super hungry and got our fix! We will definitely be back! Only reason doesn’t have full 5 stars is because my steak had a lot of fat in there I found about 5 big chunks of pure fat otherwise the cook on it was amazing wish it was all consistent and the bathroom was a little messy otherwise not a bad experience and delicious food!"
"Placed a mobile order from the app. Arrive a bit later than I had planned for pickup which is my own fault so maybe that is why they had my order in the back and not in the pick up shelves? Not sure. I am sick and lost my voice so was trying to not talk to anyone but again might be my own fault. I receive this (see image). I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Mind you that costs $13.20. This isn’t even as big as my hand. I didn’t order from the kids menu. Not to mention who charges $13.20 for a quesadilla??? Needless to say, there are better Mexican spots in NB than this one…."
"The quality of staff has gone way down. The last few times I’ve been to this location I haven’t been greeted. Just starred at until I started ordering. The most recent trip I had to go back in for my chips that were forgotten with my order. When I opened my chicken tacos there was no sour cream on them like clearly ordered. Do better chipotle."
"If I could I give this place zero stars! I would! The service here is horrible!!! Completely unsanitary. The girl who was working the register lacked customer services skills. She was rude and would be better suited to cleaning toilets and not dealing with the general public. Seriously, she gives more attitude than a 13 year old. There’s food on the floor everywhere, and someone managed to spill something on the floor which was clearly being ignored by the staff. If you want food poisoning and need an excuse to get out of work please come eat here because they got you!"
"I am so disappointed….I love chipotle but lately it has been so horrible. I placed an order for pick up today and the bowls had hardly anything in them - see photos. After paying $13 for a bowl with hardly anything in it?! At least fill it with rice so it doesn’t look so bad! So upsetting….. what a waste of money."
