"This is the most dependable and service-oriented tire. Whether it be a set of new tires or simply airing up my tires through the quick drive-thru. The place amazes me with its kind and eager to help employees. Today, I was assisted by Sam who aired up my tires! She was quick, knowledgeable, and let me know I had a worrisome spot in my tire that wasn’t holding air— come to find out, there was a screw stuck in it. Sad about the screw but happy I wasn’t sent on my way to have a flat down the road. Waiting on the repair. Thankful for my Discount Tire and the caring staff!"
"Appointment for service on 11/9/23, to check lower pressure on tire. Greeted by Discount Tire employee Junior before I got out of vehicle. Took him one look to spot nail in tire. Checked me in, approximate wait time one hour, I was driving out in 45 minutes with tire repaired. Very courteous, and professional service. Answered my questions. The man that came to tell me about my tire was also very courteous. Rated excellent service."

I always Get there Early Early First so i can get in an out .... 2Day I did not have 2 Fight with all the Customers wait @ the Doors like a Pack of Wolves ..... And I did not even have to Say I was First ..... The Service Writer came right over to Me an Assisted Me an was on the Road by 0805 ........"
