"It was literally 11:01 pm and the new heavy woman with glasses did not allow us to pay for our groceries. She was not only rude but seemed to have refused to not charge us intentionally. She’s very unprofessional, unlike the rest of the staff. Does not fit the nice staff we have had at this location since it opened. Completely unacceptable and disappointed by her actions!"
"Always check your bread they are constantly leaving out expired food. I’ve had to return because of this. Now I’m waiting in line for 15 min to get reimbursed for money the self check out machine ate but didn’t reflect on receipt. They are having to run cameras to show I put in what I did. They let me know the machine did this earlier with another customer. You’d think they would just shut it down ( check out machine)."
"A decent Walmart in a convenient location. However, I just had a horrible experience. Went in to buy a few things, and ended up finding some dragon fruit. When I got to the self checkout the dragon fruit popped up as being "restricted". The associate there claimed they were "recalled" and that's why it says "restricted". If they were recalled why do you have them out for sale??? She tried putting in her code a few times, then grabbed the dragon fruit and said "We cant sell this, sorry." And turned and walked away with it. Unacceptable. And there's no information on any recalls online. Left a bad taste in my mouth for this particular location."
"The products were easy to find but at the moment of paying, employees were rude. An elderly couple needed assistance with paying at the automatic registers. The employees laughed at them and began talking in english knowing the customers didn’t understand. I am not an expert or anything, but I believe that working in assisting customers should be a respectful and responsible experience. Overall, please be respectful in general. The couple felt lost and I don’t think this Walmart would have a well history if employees would be laughing at customers for not knowing."
