"The chubby lady with the glasses always wearing a bun it's always in a bad mood and etc, she has been working at that Dollar general for many years I don't see why she's not terminated with all her attitude and bad customer service that she has, the other employees have complained about her when they talk to us customers but will be reporting her to corporate"

"My mother had bought me a black trash can 2 days ago. I needed a white trash can. I went to exchange it and the employees there said they couldnt exchange it because the lid was the incorrect lid. My mother made the mistake of grabbing the incorrect lid (she's elderly) but Dollar General made the huge mistake of scanning the item without telling her that it was the wrong lid! Now we are stuck with a trash can with the wrong lid and DG will have the incomplete inventory only because they didnt want to do the exchange! You just lost a long time customer never coming back to Dollar General again!"
"Came to this dollar general twice today. Once at 11 and another time at 1 and the cashier was no where to be found the first time I was trying to check out. When she finally assisted me after 5 mins waiting she looked so bothered and annoyed and never apologized for not noticing me. I let it go and left. I came back again because I had forgot an item and after I waited in line she immediately tried to walk off cause she didn’t notice me. Then when I walked up to the counter she noticed I came back and rolled her eyes at me as if I was still annoying her. I came back two hours later. Never gave her any back talk. I even said thank you each time and she just seemed like she did not like me even though I was not a burden to be there. The management here needs to evaluate their staffs customer service. I will still consistently come to this store because it’s by my house but it’s extremely uncomfortable to come to this store because I seem like an inconvenience to the cashier lady. even though the dollar general is suppose to be a store of convenience. Highly disappointed and bothered."
