"The person who assisted me was helpful, but I disagreed with his approach in repairing the heel of my cowboy boots. He would repair them by using the damaged part of the boot and gluing them back together. What? Lol, it was going to take them a whole week to do this, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I went to another shop off Texas street, and they were super helpful, knowledgeable, and we're not going to use the damaged part of my boot. Boots repaired the next day."
"I have a gorgeous leather purse that I wanted a closure modification done on, so I took it to Texas Boot & Shoe Repair. The owner could not have been any nicer or more knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time discussing what I wanted, and made several suggestions I had never even considered. We decided on a plan, and he executed it perfectly. My purse closure is absolutely perfect, and I could not be more pleased. Oh, and then it gets even better because not only did he perform the custom modification to the purse closure in only one day, but the price I paid for the excellent and exceptional service I received was so low that I actually feel guilty. I am a "sold" customer for life!! I will never take my business anywhere but to Texas Boot & Shoe Repair!!"
"Went to cut my heels from these shoes I am obsessed with but was no longer able to wear since they were too high and frankly I’m getting too old to walk in high heels ! he was only able to cut 1/2 an inch but boy did it make a difference! I am so happy I went to him now I can wear my shoes again the price was reasonable and they were ready in less than a week! Very satisfied with the service provided."
