"If I could give this place a zero star I would, the employees are rude and don’t help out. They are always on their phone or chit chatting with one another. They seem to become upset when you ask for a shoe. Management needs to take a look at how employees are handling customers on the daily have been disappointed many times not just once."
"Although the shoes are nice, some of the staff, particularly the one guy with a bald head, is completely dismissive and rude. I spend a ton on shoes, but would much prefer to shop elsewhere because of their sub par staff. Go to the Foot Locker downstairs or the Finish Line a few doors down instead."
"Love this shoes, they have great assortment for all the family & prices are good. They are always updating to the newest shoes & customer service is good. I had to deduct a star because we have a hard time getting the size we need & that's Everytime we go."
