"I was having trouble with my low tire warning system and the valve stem on my spare was pointing upward underneath my vehicle, I went to 2 different tire locations here in Santa Fe and nether one would help me. I have been repeat customer at both locations. I’m disabled and this was a job I just couldn’t tackle, after the two tire shops here in Santa Fe would not help me. I decided to try my luck with KWIK KAR MIKE S. They were glad to help me.. They dropped my spare tire, inspected it and me back on the road with my low tire system working!!!!"

"Edited to respond to the owners comment: We did call you the same day trying to get a better understanding. You didn’t care then and we don’t expect you to care now. First, it’s important to mention that any reviews prior to about 3 years ago were under a completely different owner. Those I wish were still there. I see these new owners liking and commenting on old 5 star reviews they had nothing to do with. Now, on to the reason for this review. These people are absolutely incompetent! Same issue as other posters mentioned. I have been frequenting this business for years. I’ve given the new owners more than enough chances and this was my final time. I came in for a routine inspection on a NEW vehicle that has been inspected by them the last 3 years. (The only ones to have ever inspected it!) Nothing on my vehicle has been altered since the day I drove it off the lot. Inspection failed for no good reason. I told them I’ve never had a problem before and why wouldn’t it have been addressed the first time I brought it here? They had no answer. Just said, “hmmm, that’s interesting”. You are correct, that IS interesting. Do your job right the first time and 3 years later I wouldn’t be making this review! Their attitude was very matter of fact and uncaring. Couldn’t care less about the customer to hear what I had to say. I was not at all rude or disrespectful, just wanted understanding because I was a bit taken back to be told my newer vehicle didn’t pass. They will never again receive anymore of my hard earned money from me, my family, or our business. Such a shame to see our small town slowly handed over to uncaring, money hungry, lazy individuals. On a side note, I took my vehicle to another place and it passed with no problem. I even mentioned the “issue” to them because I want to be sure I was in accordance with the law and they said it’s perfectly legal. I am a rule follower and have NEVER had this problem with a vehicle ever! It’s obviously poor incompetent workers at this location. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"Fast! As soon as I pulled up, young man walked up and asked what I needed before I had a chance to turn off ignition Oil change and inspection was done very quickly All other customers received the same courtesy the duration of my visit Thank you!"
