"These folks are GREAT. On a scale of 1 - 10, they're a 12! We took our motor home to Gass for annual service. While there I mentioned an issue with steering vibration. "The only exception to this review is the nice lady who helped me eventually get my excavator from them and pay the ridiculous amount $430.00 after driving 5hrs from north of Austin to get my stolen recovered equipment from them, then they charged me a additional 150 to move it 18' feet to my trailer and then couldn't get it loaded, I had to go across the street and get it on the trailer myself. The worst attitude,treatment, and lack of business professionalism I've seen in a while"
