Discount Tire

"I took my car in to get a tire rotation and balance. Like some of the other bad reviews below, the first thing they did was try to "Strong arm" me into new tires on the front. My front tires are not great, but I have at least 15k to 20k miles left before they need to be replaced. The pressure for new tires was so strong I left without the rotation. I did ask for the manager before I left and they were nice and noted that one tire was still in the green (5) the other tire was in the yellow but still good. (4.5). They offered the rotation and balance, but I decided to go to my local guy. I am starting to thinks it only about money now. I miss the Old Discount Tire you could trust."

"This is the fastest Discount tire I have ever been to. The guys swapping tires out are very nice and the manager is an awesome guy that came out and made sure that I was getting the best price on the tires. I will definitely come here again"

"Me & my mother went to Discount tire because we had a nail in our tire which we purchased there a couple months ago. Rene was the employee who helped us. All we wanted was to warranty our tire & he kept trying to sell us some more tires (all our tires have been purchased less than a year ago). I understand their job is to push people to buy tires but he’s demeanor completely changed when we kept saying no. (It was just me and my mother so he assumed we wouldn’t know any better). Customer service is horrible, at least from him. Also, when they replaced our tires initially they broke the stud in our tires and didn’t asume responsibility."

"The worst, most drawn out experience I've had with any car/tire/mechanic shop in my life. This company does care about the integrity of your wheels or tires and will do and say just about anything to make a quick dollar off of you. Spent over $1000 on new tires and immediately experienced issues from the second I left the parking lot. Had to take my car back 4 times in a row day after day before someone would even give me a semi-straight answer as to why my brand new won't hold air. The answer they were able to give me was corrosion around the valve stem, and the only solution was to replace the entire rim! So another $300 after just just spending $1000 on tires. My issue here is that this should've been brought to my attention before they even replaced my tires in the first place and how extremely unnecessary and expensive their solution was. Buffing the corrosion around the valve stem would be a speedy solution and cost affective, but they refused. I'll take my car to somebody who cares next time. Thanks."
