Luai has earned a customer for life because the last 2 times I've taken my car to him for repairs, he has been remarkable! He took the time to explain to me the issue with my car (the bearings) and did not try to upsell me into services I did not need. In fact, he aimed to give me the best price he could give me and provide me with other options that could help me save. I found Luai by driving by his place and I asked if he could work on our Range Rover and without missing a beat he said, "absolutely." Few days later he called me and said it was ready and no further issues found. His service fees were way better than any other Range Rover mechanic.
