"I tried 1 more time but this time booking via the phone 1 week in advance for Saturday 9am. I didnt get my car back till Sunday closer to close. These guys are so unorganized & provide no updates. Honestly if there was a bigger job, I wonder how long it would take? I will never go back to this store again. ===== Booked an oil change for 4pm & wait on the car. Arrived 3 hours early. Employee at the front desk said they will not be able to get to my oil change and the booking system is "a gimmick by corporate just to get you in the door. It does not consider real availability. You need to call the store and talk to someone." I asked if there was any plans to fix the website issue and he plainly said no."

"PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY LIFETIME PLAN FROM THIS STORE!!! I am very disappointed by the store manager Andrew today. I purchased a lifetime alignment plan for my Tesla Model 3 about 2 years ago. The plan promises lifetime alignment anywhere in the nation. I have done three alignments since then. But recently the store lost the technician who is qualified to do the job and they recommended me going to prosper store. But when I went to the prosper store, the store told me that they do not honor the plan. When I called this Frisco store for help, the store manager Andrew recognized that the plan was not honored nationwide and refused to refund me. The excuse he gave was that I have done three times and got more than I paid for. But the lifetime plan covers the lifetime. I bought the lifetime plan for another car of mine and I only did one alignment before I sold the car. I would not ask for a refund because I understand I took the risk and such a plan can work both ways."

"Won’t be going back to this location. We’ve been using them for 8 years, but they’ve gone downhill. I went in for an oil change on Thurs that I had an appt for and when I got there they told me they didn’t have a filter for my vehicle and wouldn’t be able to get it that day. So, I rescheduled for Sunday. When I got there at 10:30am they said they only had one technician show up (2 no-shows) and wouldn’t be able to get me my car until closer 5pm. I got a call at 4:45 that they still hadn’t done the oil change. If I had known earlier I could’ve gone somewhere else, but they said it would be done today so I left it. Now I am still in need of an oil change but have a busy week and will have to wait until next weekend. So frustrating!! (Oh, and apparently the technicians not showing up is common. Find another location. Don’t waste your time with this one!)"

"I had a frustrating encounter with the front desk attendant, who also doubled as a mechanic. Despite confirming my appointment, I arrived to drop off my car and was turned away with a smiley face—not just once, but twice in the past two weeks. The explanation was that my mechanic was absent without sharing his leave schedule. To add to the frustration, she showed me her computer with over 15 appointments to cancel, claiming she didn't have time for it. Firestone, you need to address these operational issues; there are plenty of alternatives in the market."

"On November 9, 2022. I went to get new tires on my car from Firestone. After being there patiently waiting for them to put 2 tires. I go look outside to check the status of the car, Well not only did I get new tires but they also wrecked my Mercedes Benz! They still have not fix my car and Firestone is full responsible for the damage they cause. This location is the worst I have EVER been to. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. They will WRECK YOUR VEHICLE AND PROBABLY MAKE U PAY FOR DAMAGES THEY CAUSE! This location is off main and teel. Funny thing is that they haven’t knowledge me yet and they are the ones who wreak my car. I guess since I’m a black man they feel to no need to fix my car or Recognize what there employees did."
