"Have been a long time customer of this place. Nothing but the utmost praise for the employees there. Unfortunately, I went there 2 months ago and received the worst cut of my life from a new hire barber, Clifton. Yesterday I went back and as misfortune would have it I had the same person cut my hair again. Equally as terrible and now I will never return to go through this again. It is a shame as I really enjoyed my years of having great experiences but I can't unsee the atrocities done by this unskilled person. If you are brave enough to go and you don't wait for a particular barber BEWARE if the only empty seat belongs to Clifton. I have had cuts from each and every other person there with absolute satisfaction but now 2 strikes and I am out!!!"

"I walked in about 8, or so and there were two other men getting their haircuts. No one was waiting. The barber I prefer was doing one of those cuts, and he was just about done with the haircut he was doing. So I just sat down in one of the waiting chairs. That's when the owner of the shop came out from behind his barber chair, stomped over to cash register desk, and yanked a waiting number ticket out of the machine and yelled at me that I needed to take a number whenever I come in there. There was no "hello", or "hey", or any type of greeting. He just started yelling. I was at a loss for words. I took the ticket he handed me, and about a minute later my barber signaled he was ready for me. He proceeded to cut my hair. As I sat there, I could hear the owner complaining about something, or other, to the client who's hair he was cutting. I couldn't make out what he was saying, but his words sounded angry. I've been to this shop a number of times before and I never had a cross word with anyone in there. Not the other barbers, not other clients, and not even with him. What ever he was going through on that morning I don't have any idea. And, I'm definitely not going back to find out. It's a shame because I really liked the way that barber cut my hair. Good conversationist, too."
