"It was the worst haircut by Vas D, and the same with my Son not sure of her name, but the older woman was rude, and she hurriedly did the haircut, and my Son's ear got hurt. I will never return to Great Clips again, waiting for Sports Clips to Open."

"This place continues to get worse each time. I've given them plenty of chances. I've been with 3-4 different stylists and none of them seem to have an idea of what's going on with store operations and hair cutting. My haircut is saved in the notes and is different each time. The customer service is terrible. I've emailed previously and received an email saying this store is privately operated."

"I went to the Great Clips at Bar W shopping center in Leander TX today. I was asked by the stylist (if you want to call her that) if i wanted it a number 2 and I responded by saying I want it to look just like this but shorter.  She started and faced me away for the mirror. When she turned me around she had cut my hair nothing like it was before and was asking someone else to straighten it out. I went crazy and loudly ask what I'm supposed to do with my hair now. The manager came over and said "oh I must have not written in the notes something. Another stylist named Andera came and offered to try to do something with it and I moved to her chair followed by the first stylist continuing to saying over and over that the card had said number 2 like that made any difference. I jumped out of Andera's chair and shouted for the stylist to get out of my space, and she yelled back at me the same thing. At the time the Manager told me to leave because I couldn't talk to her stylist like that. She did not apologize for the mistake just kept saying the card said number 2.  Nothing was done to fix my hair and now I have to walk around with a botched up cut until it grows back. I am sending this to you because I am going to put in on all my social media accounts so you and the world will know how GREAT CLIPS people are trained and if anyone want to us them be careful and watch every time if you go there"

"NEVER AGAIN! The worst haircut my son has ever had! The individual who cut my son’s hair clearly had no idea what he was doing. The stylist was shown an example of the style we desired for our son, however he missed the mark! He clearly disregarded the description and unevenly shaved my son’s hair off. We went to a different salon immediately after this disaster to have this mess evened out. I wish I would have read the prior reviews because I would never have let my family set foot in this place."
