Matt's skill in delivering a quality fade is undeniable, but I was disappointed by his poor time management, leading to significant delays during each visit. Additionally, on multiple occasions, his quiet demeanor meant that there wasn't much conversation during the haircut. Improving his punctuality and engaging more with customers would greatly enhance the overall customer experience."
