"Tommy is the only person I have found here to cut my hair properly. I found him by asking a lady with very pretty hair where she had it cut. She told me she had been going to him for years. He colors and highlights my hair and it never dries out."
"Kellie your business you should know this! After the way Tommie went off on me yesterday December 28th, I will never be back. As a customer and MY HAIR it is my decision how I want it! I have very thick curly frizzy hair and the thinning texture scissors make it worse. I TOLD TOMMIE TWICE BEGIRE WE STARTED DO NOT USE THINNING SHEARS ON MY HAIR! Before I knew it, he chopped on back with them. I said no please don’t use those and he went off! I am not accustomed to a stylist banging his scissors down and yelling at me in the middle of the shop. I was beyond embarrassed in tears and left. I later asked for my money back, which Tommie gave. I have put up with his lack of personality for years, as he is good..by his scary anger issues NOT! I am done placating his overego, lack of customer skills and definite anger issues! Your shop lost me plus my friend and her adult daughter all regular cut and colors after the way he treated me. He actually told me I would have trouble finding a stylist as I tell them what I want SMH!"
"Go there and ask for Ana! If you are looking for a Master hairstylist, with a Special eye, that makes sure your new change compliments your features: request her. Before the process she will consult you and let you know if what you want compliments you; dont be afraid to take her word. You will look beautiful: a show stopper if you go with her reccommendations. Note: Ana works by appointment."
"Terrible. I made an appointment a week before for 1, they called me 4 TIMES to make sure I was still coming at 1 on that day. I showed up at 12:50 and the receptionist said the earliest they could do was 4, then proceeded to yell at me and claimed she told me this when they checked in 4 times about it being at 1. Would NEVER go back, extremely unprofessional and unreliable."
