"Find people that SPEAK ENGLISH to answer your phone. Just because you think Pasadena is little Mexico, there are still English speakers. They answer the phone but if you talk in English they will hang up. I called & they did this 3 times. After that they just wouldn’t answer."
"Used to love coming here .... but now .. they con you to come in with their extra large 50% sign... and then when you're in .. nothing is 50% off... anddddd here's the new thing! You can't try anything on cause they permanently closed the fitting rooms. Yeaaaahhhh I either get naked on the sales floor to try clothes on or just avoid this place."

"Security guard was really rude. Kept telling us the workers are waiting on us even though it wasn’t 9pm yet. Then tried to take my cart full of stuff to move it to the front when yet again it was not even 9pm yet. I had my purse in the cart as well so for him to try and take it is freaking ridiculous. Also don’t believe the positive reviews, they offer you a discount at the register if you a post review. Don’t believe the “50% entire store” they price gouged everything to make it double the actually price so it looks like you’re getting a deal."
