"Dirty environment! Rude manager! This place needs new management! I went to return some shoes and the manager Sylvia was so rude and had an attitude right when I walked in , I felt very uncomfortable. Never going there again."

"It was easy to shop in this location. Employees are not on top of customers but they are available when one need them. Kudos to the cashier who offered me and.help.me.find better options to protect my shoes. One thing they need to improve is to organize the shoes better because I found several boxes from one style with another style of shoe under it. I was able to find what I need. The place is well cleaned. Update: Place it is way better compared with last I visited. I was able to find what I needed at the right place and they got better at organizing the boxes according to style. I love the way how the cashier (guy) helped me to get information from my account that I even forget. Kudos to this people and keep the good work. Manager should give a bonus or something to the employees of this store. They do a lot!"
