"I haven't bought enough tires to speak to pricing compared to market value or other service establishments. But they did present me with several prices/options for replacement tires. My tire was completely flat by the time I arrived home at 5 pm. Even though they close at 6, they still managed to get me in and taken care of. Colyn was polite on the phone when I called to see if they had my tire in stock and just as polite in person. I did not walk away feeling bamboozled or hustled, only satisfied with the product and service I received."

"My daughter and I took my mother's car into them for a free plug repair due to a nail in our tire. I explained as soon as we were waited on that I understand the tire is not in great shape but that we had no money to do anything but have the tire repaired. Collin came in to tell me that the tire is absolutely no good and must be replaced. He said I was leaving there with a new tire even if I couldn't pay for it. That our safety is their number one concern. I told him I didn't have anything to give towards the payment and he said No problem that they were going to cover the entire cost. I appreciate Collin and Discount Tires for being so thoughtful and kind to us and being a good person and business. Your unselfish deed has definitely not gone unnoticed by my family.
