"I called your west side location at 8:30 on a Tuesday night and someone named Alexa refused to accept a takeout order because it was too late. Your hours are listed as open until 9:00 pm. My guests from out of town were very disappointed because they wanted food from your restaurant while visiting El Paso. Very embarrassed for your company as a regular customer."
"I took my wife for breakfast to Carnitas Queretaro on Mesa and Remcon and we ask for 2 bowls of menudo and the worse thing we ever had. They added more water and red pepper flakes to give it some color and taste. They charge me $23.00 dlls and I felt like If they just open my wallet and took my money out."
