"Came in on a Tuesday around 6. Literally like 6 people in the restaurant. Service was so slow and horrible. Took 25 minutes to get our food. Do not leave a tip prior to getting your food. We thought we'd be nice leaving a tip only to get bad service."

"Went there for the first and last time today. The food is just okay. It’s definitely wasn’t worth as much as it costs to eat there. I’ve had way better and way cheaper at other local joints. The service was terrible. The cashier clearly doesn’t enjoy her job and isn’t made for customer service. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. The only friendly and customer oriented person was the lady cleaning the tables."
"Love TacoTote and everytime I'm in El Paso it's a must stop for us. . This one location is alright. I wasn't too impressed with the lady taking our order. She seemed super dry and very short. And the tone of voice almost made it sound like we were an inconvenience. But then again not being able to see ones face or body language can be me reading too much into a voice conveyed through an interphone. Other than that, at the window they were a little bit better. Except when they handed us our order As soon as I reached to grab it and put it down, I turned back up to ask if they gave us straws and the window was slammed shut and never got anyone to pay attention to a waiting customers on the other side. Lucky for us there were straws in the bag at the bottom. All in all a very strange encounter... But then again these are very trying times for everyone so won't look too much into it. Food was good as usual. One more thing, we asked for green sauce and got guacamole instead... One last thing, you are required to wear a mask at the drive thru window and they will ask for your ID for any transaction more than $25."
