"We hosted a baby shower for 40 people, so we opted for food + service option (requires a minimum food purchase for 50 ppl, with contract and $100 deposit). They have about 10-12 protein options to choose from. We had a choice of 3 - we selected asado, chicken fajita, and pastor. It comes with veggies (cilantro, onion, red cabbage, pinapple, guacamole sauce, lime/limón, just to name a few) and about 10 chile sauces (from chipotle to chile de árbol, to diabla). It also includes red rice and frijoles machacados. This package includes a choice of either one 5-gallon agua fresca (limonada, horchata, pepino, etc.) or 20 hot dogs. We picked the limonada - it's the real deal. Additional aguas frescas may be puchased for $45 each. They're pros, so they have their set up (they need about a 12-foot area to set up tables). Our server was Younique, and she was an absolute joy. The protein was delicious (asado was the most popular - it was devoured), the tortillas were tasty, the sauces were spicy and genuine. BRAVO on the rice and beans as well (both were delish, esp. the rice) and finally, the presentation was spot on. They will pick up their area once done, and leftovers are properly covered in the aluminum trays, sauces are packaged in Styrofoam cups, tortillas, plates, etc...when rounds 2 and 3 of food cravings hit later on - you're set. One of the best catering services our city has - it absolutely earned this rating. Please don't forget to tip your server. See y'all again soon."

"We had a high school reunion catered by these people. They sent 2 girls with food already prepared & packed in ice chests. We paid for 150 persons & about 80 guests actually attended. There were a lot of leftovers as is shown in the attached picture. This ice chest was quietly packed back into the vehicle. I had glanced at this ice chest as they were packing some food away & asked about them leaving ALL the leftover food. I was assured they were packing the leftovers in disposable containers & would leave for us. After the servers left the premises, I looked at the food they left & the food in the ice chest in this picture was never unpacked. They kept all the untouched trays & didn’t say a word. I was extremely disappointed in them. If you’re going to use this catering business, PLEASE check their ice chests for ANY leftovers BEFORE they leave! This was a VERY expensive lesson for us."
