"The service here is horrible. Be sure to ask "what does it have?" For everything because they do tell you if you want everything on dorinachos, hot dog, tostielote but they failed to ask me that on the nachos. I thought it was just cheese and jalapeños like they normally come at any place you get regular nachos. They ended up coming with beans as well and I never got asked if I wanted that on my nachos. The young guy at the counter wanted to change them for me but the older lady didn't let him. She was so rude and said that all nachos come with beans and jalapeños. NOWHERE in the menu does it say that and the young guy NEVER asked me if I wanted beans and jalapeños on them. She said she wouldn't exchange them and would need to pay for new ones. Why do I need to pay for your failure to inform me? Why only ask me if I wanted "everything" on the other items but not with my nachos? This place has horrible customer service. They don't even smile and don't seem happy to be working there either. Beware."
"Totally understand the Cost of things going up, but for what we paid for basically 2 snacks, scoop of ice cream, 2 Aguas, and 1 order of flautas...was over 45.00 dollars, prob will not be returning"
"A bit on the expensive side as it was $9 for an agua fresca and a bag of chips. I then decided I wanted a torta which wasnt bad except it was kinda dry for the type of sandwich bread they use."
"Unbelievable number of ice cream flavors such as strawberry cheesecake, piñon, mazapán, and coffee Oreo. The location has every Mexican snack food and meal items under the sun. They capitalize on originality and its execution is unmatched."
