"I went in with my son, but we both had one of the worst haircuts recently. On top of it, two hairdressers touched my son's hair, and one mentioned she had been doing it for 30 years. They suggested shampoo before haircut since it makes it better. Come on? It is not over yet; the default tip option is $16 for $55, as it is not sure how $55 is for two haircuts, and then ~30% is the default minimum tip. What is wrong with these guys? And this store is a scam?"

"Horrible place I don’t even think they have their license! With the work they do it’s questionable! They messed up both my little brothers hair! It looks so bad and they still charged us $22 each for horrible work! I asked for a refund but their manager wasnt there!!!! Don’t come here! Only reason why we came here its because it the closet barber shop. I think 30 mins of driving to southwest Houston is worth it!"

"Vicky and Sunny are superstars here!! Both cut my hair exactly as I want it, with detail and care. They both take their time and really make sure you get what you want. Cant go wrong with either ladies!! I’ll always be back to this location for Vicky and Sunny."

"I’ve been going here since it opened. Love the place Until this morning. The lady who cut my hair was rude and got mad at me. It started when it was my time. She just said Dan? Yes. Second chair behind me. Not hello or any kind of greeting. When she looked at my hair and noticed my dry scalp. I use a dermatologist prescribed shampoo. She began telling me all she knows about my scalp, while trying to scratch it all off. I told her just please cut my hair. I could tell she didn’t appreciate that. She then added tree oil to my head. Just on her own. Never had it, didn’t want it. Told her. She replied it was standard procedure there. And that she was assistant manager and knew what she was talking about. The remaining minutes were tense. When it came time to checkout she said she would add to my notes not to put smelly stuff on my head. I’m 67 and may be old school but customer service is still a thing that is important. Maybe not anymore, I guess."

"My son went in for a haircut on Saturday. His hair was cut crooked, and was botched. I took him back within 2 hours of him being there, to ask for it to be fixed. The lady admitted that his haircut was crooked. She told me that she can fix it, but I will have to pay for another haircut. What? For something that was messed up in your place. I want my money back that I was charged for the 1st haircut. I will NOT be back here. This is the second time Sports Clips, different locations, that have done horrible service. Again, I am asking for a refund of the money that I paid. That is the least that you can do for the bad customer service, for the very bad haircut, and being told that there is nothing that I can do except to pay for a 2nd one."
