"Well, I went to 4 different places, and I'm sorry but I didn't like the way they cut my hair, even that I show them a picture of the way I wanted to be cut and still didn't do it, so I went to Uptown hair and barber, and the lady that cut my hair, did it exactly the way I wanted my hair to be cut, her name is TAINA very professional lady and I really really like what she did, and I appreciate that like very much so I do reccomend Uptown hair and Barber to everyone, men woman and children to cut their hair here Thank you very much"

"Worst customer service ever! Called ahead to see if they took walk ins and they said yes. Got there. Didn’t receive a hello or how can I help you. There were 3 barbers just chilling talking and laughing amongst each other. I waited almost an hour and every single person that works there saw me and not a soul said hi or we will be right with you or how can we help you. I went there because of the reviews but now I think they were paid reviews. Don’t recommend this place at all. Poor service. Very disappointed! They need to be taught how to greet greet customers properly."
