"We booked a last minute appointment for 6:30 when they close at 7. Our stylist (Stephanie, I think?) was amazing. She tolerated my kiddo's fidgets, even though I saw at least one time when he moved right as she was approaching with the clippers. If it caused a mistake, she blended it well to make it look polished in the end. She gave him what he asked for and then made suggestions to improve based on his personal head of hair (cowlicks), which he took and he's happy with the result. Lauren at the front desk was helpful and cheerful as well. We have been searching for a new regular place since our long time stylist stopped working, and we will be back! There was another gentleman there waiting with his son who appeared to be a walk-in. I was (1) pleased they hadn't made me wait when I had an appointment to fit him in and (2) happy to see that another stylist agreeably stayed late to help them after her last client of the day was finished."
