"I have nothing but positive things to say regarding my experience so far in purchasing my daughter’s quince gown at this location. My situation is quite unique as I’m from Pennsylvania and was having trouble locating a specific brand dress in my area. I took a chance to call this store that was highly recommended in a Facebook group, and was greeted on the phone with Brenda during my initial call to the store. From that point on, everything was handled with ease, flexibility and professionalism! Brenda was so easy to communicate with, she answered all my questions and I couldn’t imagine a better experience, especially since I’m several states away! My daughter was over the moon happy that I was able to order her dream dress thanks to Brenda and Ana’s Pro Gowns. Thank you Brenda for your work, professionalism and being so easy to communicate with. If I could rate my experience 10 stars I would!"

"We expected to have a better experience after seeing all the social media post and reviews but unfortunately my daughter didn't get the same experience. We were just told to pick 5 different style dresses and what to look for to see if it came in her color of choice - someone helped us get her in the dresses and that was it. Although their inventory is great and we were able to find the perfect dress for my daughter. There was nothing else that made it the experience special for her. They didn't take her photo in front of the photo op they have. NOTHING. Since my daughter absolutely loved the dress we decided to go ahead and continue to place our order and paid our portion this was in APRIL 2023 and were told the dress would be in early October. I called at the end of September to just make sure we were still on track and was told yes dress is still scheduled to arrive early October. I didn't hear anything else I called 10/14/2023 to get an update and was told now that they dress will be here in mid- November after telling them I was told beginning of October and we are on a time crunch now at this point since my daughter has to take her photos to get them in time for her quince in February I was told she would get with someone else who is able to look further into the tracking and have them call me back by the end of the day. I never heard anything back so once again I call back today a week later to check on it gave them my daughter's name they put me on hold and then when they get back on the phone i was told that they will call me back or I can call back in 15 minutes that they are busy with appts and there is only 1 person there today. I still have no new information or an accurate status on my daughter's dress."

"The experience of picking out the dress was easy & amazing! My daughter feel in love with her dress! The downfall was actually getting the dress. We ordered the dress Dec 2022 (Quince was July 2023). We were told it would take 3 months to get the dress. We didn’t get the dress until the end of June 2023. Leaving a few weeks until her party. We kept being asked when her photo shoot was but bottom line was we expected her dress in March 2023. I would recommend that anyone ordering a dress from here to lie and say the photo shoot/ party is in 3 months. Or else they will keep pushing the date out until the last minute. Very stressful experience."
