"I was working with her on an order for a small private school, but while we were still working out details, she just stopped responding to e-mail. Earlier in the process, she had asked for the weekend on an already late design proof, but she didn't send us anything for over ten days. Then there was an issue with color and size availability, but she just quit e-mailing. We have since switched companies, but I reached out to her last week to ask what went wrong, and I still haven't heard back. What a waste of time."
"I ordered (2) athletic shirts on August 6th for my daughter through the link that was provided to her by Hebron High School. No customization was required, just the standard athletic shirts. After 1-2 weeks, my daughter reached out to them about the delay, and twice they responded that they did not have the order. She sent screen shots of the email confirmation receipt and was given the same response. Surprise- they finally arrived today (August 24th) with no explanation and no apology. Very odd exchange, to say the least. I understand that mistakes are made and delays can happen, but to not acknowledge or communicate these things is unacceptable."
