"Just brought a dress and it is literally so beautiful but made so cheap. I haven’t wore it to the event and had to have someone sew it and fix it because it’s coming apart. Do not shop here. My daughter dress is fine but she got lucky. Too expensive no to last. Also why the hell you have to make an appointment to try on non wedding dresses. They need to hire more people. Really wish I shopped at David’s bridal. Just needed a semi formal dress. Only have the 2 bc my daughter go lucky with hers but time will tell"

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here. I'm only giving 4 stars though because the cost of the dress was a bit much compared to other places I shopped. The owner is absolutely precious though and was so helpful. I had spent ALL morning at other shops that made me feel unwelcome or only carried dresses in smaller sizes. I'm a size 16 or XL and was able to find SO many dress options in this store. The owner has knack for finding THE dress for you and after pulling several dresses off racks she herself found the a beautiful dress that was the one. The only one I tried on and bought. She was so kind when it came to making sure the dress was altered to my liking. It's also very convenient the alterations are done at the same place!"

"Bought my wedding dress from this store and it’s literally coming apart at the seems!!! No refunds or exchanges. Cheap, made in China… absolutely ridiculous. No way I would EVER recommend this store or anything in it to anyone. Very upset bride."

"If you are a plus sized girl do not shop here they will literally body shame you and my review and others can confirm that. I came so far from home just to see prom dresses in this store and once I found some I liked I asked to try on cause I saw other girls (who happen to be skinny) going to try them on freely so I asked the lady to make sure and she said “sure if you let me measure you” after I already rejected her when she asked me to let her measure me before. So I told her I’m fine once again but she proceeded to take the dress from me and measure it around my hips and told me I won’t be able to fit it and I’ll need a bigger size so I should look at other dresses. I ended up finding another dress and went back to get the other dress she told me I couldn’t fit and tried it on anyways and I heard her complaining to the other lady in her language and they told me that if I rip it I’m going to have to pay. Yeah well the dress DID fit because I know MY size. All in all it was a uncomfortable experience and they followed me around the entire time I couldn’t shop comfortably without them watching every move I made even while I was in the fitting room. I don’t know if it was because I’m black or plus size or both but I don’t recommend coming here at all!"

"We have shopped here for years. The owner is precious! She gives each customer all of her time and attention, then makes alterations to perfection. She has great taste in dresses!! We have gone to other dress shops, but we always come back to her because of the service, reasonable prices, and quality alterations. Chong makes your daughter look like a princess for any and every formal occasion! Shop local. Shop stores who care about their customers. This store is wonderful!
