"My first order of business when I moved to the DFW area was to find a PCP, a dentist and someone I can trust with my hair. I have trust issues and don’t like change but one constant has been Joletta at Cool Heads. She’s been cutting my hair for a few years now and is exactly what I needed. She’ll ask what I want and also tell me what I should try, keeping me up with the trends to stay on top of my dad game. Facilities are nice, very clean, free beverages and offer an area to play video games. Never had a bad experience, check them out."

"This place is actually quite bad considering the number of other mens haircut places in the area that you could choose to go to. Be warned of the positive reviews, they give a discount for giving a positive review on Google/Yelp so I'd be cautious of the positive reviews. I paid $37 for literally just a buzz cut, they didn't even use scissors and it looked terrible. No neck shave only clippers which left my neck quite irritated. The lady that did my hair acted like she was in a hurry even though I was the only person there. Definitely would not recommend."

"Came during the weekend. fairly busy, but didn’t have to wait. Good atmosphere and good music. They leave the door open to let fresh air in. My stylist Joletta, is awesome at doing fades, which is why I chose her in particular. Haircut went smooth and no issues. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because the staff charged me $50 for a haircut and beard trim (the beard trim was $15, haircut was $35). I don’t even have a large beard and couldn’t wrap my head around getting charged an extra $15 for a quick touch up on my beard. Regardless, I was not informed that the trim would be extra when I asked if she could do it. She said she would do it “if she had time”. When I was charged $50, I asked if she had applied a 20% coupon for writing a review, which she had forgotten to apply. Then, she only applied it to the $35 haircut. Total ended up being $43 before tip. I gave one, but I won’t be back. It irritates me that people are not transparent with costs up front and seem to be money hungry."

"I do not recommend Terry for haircuts! I don’t know if this guy was in a rush or not, they did not have any clients come in around 630pm. I asked for a drop down fade and Terry did not even do that! He went and gave me a high fade all the way around. Not only that the sides don’t even line up as I request. The fade is horrible! You can see the lines where he was layering it but didn’t even bother to blend it in! And a common stop, I think every barber knows this, check behind the ears, I still had long hairs !!! I called and spoke with Ana and she mentioned he left for the day and that the manager was the only one who could fix the blending. I mean wouldn’t you offer right away to a customer to blend it in correctly other than terry?! Now I have to wait until tomorrow to reach out to the manager! This is frustrating, I even showed Terry photos of my haircut that I was looking for and shows clearly a drop down fade and med fade on the the side!"
