"I’ve been going to Joe for about 2 years now. 9 out of 10 times he’s late for my appointment. I’ve brought up him being late to my appointments multiple times and he’s never tried to adjust to that. If I call or text him to see where he is, I either don’t receive a response or he’ll answer and tell me he’s on his way which then takes 10 more minutes. I take time out of my day to go to a business that cannot do the least which is to be on time for a clients appointment or communicate as to why he’s late. Today I went for my appointment and AGAIN he was late. I called and texted him to see if there was a problem. 5 minutes go by and he walks around the corner very nonchalantly and acts like nothing happened. Didn’t acknowledge him being late. I asked if he received my call or text and he then says confrontationally, “yes but didn’t see the reason to respond.” We then got into an altercation of me asking why he’s always late and doesn’t adjust going back and forth. I walked away disappointed and he then follows me to my car so he can cuss me out in front of my car telling me not to tell him how to run his business. I have a dash cam so I have a video of him cussing at me. I said that I no longer wanted to do business with him. Definitely does not know how to run a business or give any type of customer service. He also blocked me on Booksy so I couldn’t write a negative review. Disappointing."

"I’m new to Frisco and have been looking for a barber for about 2 months. I’ve tried several, however, I’ve been dissatisfied with the quality of my hair cut. I found Joe the Barber after searching on google for barbers and decided to give it a shot. And let me tell you, the quality of my hair cut is the best I’ve ever had - bald fade and beard line-up. It’s literally perfect. Furthermore, Joe was extraordinarily friendly, was awesome to be around, and clearly compassionate about what he does. I would recommend him to everyone!"
