"Chris did an awesome job, even though he was out of his comfort zone by cutting longer hair. He took his time and did a solid job, I appreciate his hard work. However, the others skipped over my buddy who came in for a cut and ignored him while taking others before him. Super upset about that because he waited the whole time I was getting my haircut. Chris was awesome, sad that the others weren't attentive to my friend. EDIT: Erica did an awesome job making it up to my buddy. She got him in the next day and gave him a great cut! We appreciate her fixing the problem efficiently. Will be going back for sure."
