"I’ve been coming to the Gents place for over a year, every two weeks. However, last week will be my last. It was single worst hair cut experience. The stylist was 15 minutes late, admitted she didn’t know how to do a skin fade, hastily shaved my neck and cut it, took 3 phone calls, and left me in the chair with a towel over my face, while she went and attended personal business. Another stylist was nice enough to step in and finish my cut. I have sent several messages to the Gents Place and have been told someone would get in contact with me. It’s been a week, and still nothing. I would recommend looking elsewhere."

"This place is really amazing. One of my friend refers me to this place and trust me this place is amazing. I don't remember my Barber name but she is really friendly and really come up with suggestions. And after the cut my hairs really look good and now I thinking of getting the annual membership. I got a day pass through their promotion and it's really worth it. They have given me appointment and I was not able to make it to the appointment, and after a call they have postponed my appointment without any question asked. On the day of appointment, one of the team member check-in me and after 5-6 mins my Barber greeted and took me for cut. She kept asking my favour for hair cut and also suggesting the best cut which looks on me. After cut she gave me really relaxing hair shampoo and conditioner and it was great. The best part you can have a drink whatever you ask for while waiting or during cut. I would definitely recommend the gents place to everyone."
