"I’m here visiting Dallas for a month, I’m very particular on who cut my hair. But I was referred to this place today and I came and checked it out. Set an appointment with INK. He was there on time and he had amazing customer service. Atmosphere is very welcoming conversation amongst everyone in the shop. I rate this show a 10 out of 10! But my haircut is fresh and clean. I’ll be returning back to ink as I continue my trip here. Service is just impeccable."

"Being new to the area I looked this place up online read the reviews and seemed to be a pretty good place.. it’s a Monday so I was happy to see they were open.. even called first..when I arrived to this hole in the wall barber shop it was only one barber.. not very much seating at all .. I asked the barber about how many people he had he told me and said I could be next after the person currently waiting.. who was outside…I agreed.I told him I would be waiting also outside in my car parked directly in front of door. I waited over 1.5 hours for this barber. Once I see the person who was ahead of me getting finished I head inside to the shop.. a guy who was sitting inside who came after me jumps in the chair.. I asked the barber… he then says I should wait inside because he can’t remember who was next.. mind you he hasn’t even started on this guys hair yet… I was so upset I just left.. very unprofessional and unorganized…not good baber ethics"

"Found this place online had good reviews or so I thought. Call to make an appointment guy never showed. Guy's name being ink. So my question is why make an appointment if you're not even going to show. So for that one star s***** customer service and then didn't even get a freaking haircut"

"I first went to this Barbershop in September and Brent was the first and since then has been the only one to cut my hair. He is very professional and talented. He also gives you the design you ask for, but his freestyle game is also on point. I would recommend this shop to anybody."
