"I went a few months ago for my 3 year old and the lady that “helped” me was rude and impatient and got upset because my toddler wouldn’t sit still. He did pretty well for his age but she didn’t consider that. She would stop if he moved and say I’m not going to finish, I literally had to talk her into finishing what she started even though I was highly upset with the outcome. She pretty much cut it like she wanted to in a hurry instead of what I asked her to do; she even put a part down the middle of his head which messed it up. When I walked through the door I specifically asked if they do kids cuts so if she didn’t want to, she should have declined instead of being rude and inconsiderate."

"I'm never going to this location ever again. Unless they guarantee their skills - and the ability to take direction from a paying customer. I specifically asked to have a hard line to part my hair to the right. Well it must be invisible - because there is no detail or definition there. She also seemed to purposely avoid small talk to rush you out of there promptly. The left side was blended proportionally correct. My left side was butchered horrible. I told her I wanted "skin" up to a certain length - she avoided to tell me they don't have the machine to do that. I was so disappointed to no end. I had to show up like that to my niece Castilian like that. To once in a lifetime event."
