"Great people, Owner likes to give everyone a nickname. So if you are in the shop with a bunch of people and you keep hearing him call a name and no one answers that's probably your new name. He calls me Hipster Steve. I don't get it. But customer service is second to none, great selection they even have some antique skateboards from the 80's. So even your dad can tell you how great he was. Don't hesitate to stop bye and pick up some new stuff. Richard Crain"

"Initially, I was visiting a few of the huge skate shops online, looking for a specific skate deck, but they were all showing as Out of Stock. Then I stumbled upon Shredderz Skate Shop, and their online store listed the very model that I was searching for. I had a question about the deck, but I was a bit hesitant to email my question, because oftentimes, many stores never respond back to my emails. But I decided, what the heck, I'll give it a try , and I typed my question, and clicked the Send button. I was totally shocked when almost immediately, I received an email reply from the Shredderz Shop owner, addressing my specific question! His response was prompt, professional, and cordial - everything I expect from a proper storefront. True, Shredderz Skate Shop is not a gigantic, massive skate shop conglomerate, but they more than make up for it with excellent customer service, great communication, and quality items. I proceeded to order my skate deck, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition, exactly as described in our email correspondence. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Shredderz Skate Shop, and I highly recommend them!"
