"If you want to return a book or any item you better return it within the week you received it because if not they won’t accept your return. Picked up a book on TR and tried to return it on M. They wouldn’t let me. Told me last day to do so was Fri of that same week."

"Nice place, nice workers but some are honestly not helpful. Also, please update your return policy to "Any non-textbook UNOPENED items can be returned within 30 days of purchase" so students like me who think they can return it as you stated in your policy actually can't. Thanks"
