"Horrible, don’t accept a walk in and tell them you can take them at a certain time then have them wait over an hour and not say anything."
"I would rate this place a zero stars if I could. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and the customer service is horrible. No one greets you when you walk in. No one spoke to my son and I for the 40 min we were sitting there. There was no wait when we arrived and yet each person that was done (4 barbers) would take someone else or walk away from their station and walk to the break room. They said they take walk-ins when I finally asked the barber closest to the door but maybe these people aren't there to really work or take new clients. I would never recommend this place."
