"This was the most awful experience ever I've had with having my hair done. I do have long hair it is very fine but I do have a lot of it. I made an appointment 3 weeks before I came in. As I was having my hair done by Kim she not only was doing my hair but she was cutting three other people's hair at the same time very unprofessional. I was very scared as she had left the bleach in for an extended amount of time. It took her 5 and 1/2 hours to do my hair. I was not happy made me late for an event that I had that evening. I asked her to do a certain job and it did not come up anything like what I asked for. Was very dissatisfied. She quoted me the amount she had put her hands through my hair she knew how long my hair was how thick my hair was before she ever even started. When it was time for me to rush out of there so I could go get ready for my event after I brushed my own hair as well as blow dry my own hair she then said you're very lucky I didn't know your hair was that thick otherwise I would have charged you $30 more. I handed her the amount that she asked for to begin with and walked out and I will never be back in that establishment. When I got home I realized that I have lines through my hair that are darker than others and it looks terrible. I would never go back to this establishment again"

"I went here the other day to give them a shot Lonnie was there when I walked in and he was eating asked if I had an appointment I said really nobody is here he said yeah I guess I can do it I even said you can finish your lunch I should I left he was apparently in a hurry or something my lines are crooked the back of my head looks like McDonald's arches I now have to find someone to fix this he didn't have a mirror to show and didn't offer so when my wife got home she looked it's a mess they may do good for women's hair but can't do a simple fade my search continues for a hair stylist that actually cares about hair"

"I wish I had the option of giving zero stars. I don't like bashing people, I like only leaving good reviews but Amy and her mouth has gotten me to the point where I feel the need to do so. I work 2 full time jobs so it is hard for me to get in when I want to. She did accommodate me and got me in my hair was about a inch and half growth and I am dark headed but I am platinum with my hair color. She did not leave the color in long enough and my hair got a red hue to it. She started drying it like she was done and I told her that is not the color I came in for. She did try to repair it and put a product on that wasn't supposed to have bleach in it but it started burning my scalp so she had to go put the correct product in and did a toner. It really looked bad. She told me to give my hair a break for a few days and to come back to fix it. I went ahead and paid her the $85 we agreed on my first visit to her (she had to fix the same problem because I had tried doing it myself with box color). When I tried to get in to see her again we had problems with scheduling it was miscommunications with text messages. She replied to me that she knows I am busy but she is busy too. I had asked her to get me in after 5 so she didn't confirm that or send me a time just assumed I was going to be there at 5 then got upset that I wasn't there. I apologized and tried to make it easy on her by saying how about tomorrow? She replied that she is super book tomorrow will see how it go. I was waiting on you today. I told her I was working and she never sent a time. She got argumentative and replied I said 4:30 you said 5 I said that fine. I never said 5 I said after 5. I just replied ok cool. She then told me she has a guy coming in and she will get me in after. I said ok. Then this is the reply that I was shocked by. You can come let me fix this color, next time if you come in with your hair this dark I will charge you $150 or you can go to another hair stylist, it way too much to strip your hair out the way you want it. WOW who talks to their customers like that??? I just told her I would go to another stylist that she was the one that didn't leave it in long enough in the first place and now she is blaming me?? I blocked her after that because she was going on and on about it. I did find a guy to fix it and he did an amazing job and he is a mobile hairstylist has his own traveling hair salon and for people like me who are extremely busy he is the perfect fit. He was shocked at how she blamed me for her mistake and said he wanted to shake her hand for getting him a new customer. I recommend him he has a talent for hair color and design. This is obviously not her forte' and her customer service is awful. I am not saying don't use her I am just letting you know my experience with her."
