"Worst experience ever!!! I went to another place to get my haircut and they did not cut it right. So I came here with the hopes that they can trim it. First thing I tell her is to use scissors not the machine and she uses the machine and then manages to argue with me about her methods. I’m the customer. I dictate what I want done. Seems like they don’t understand that the customer is always right. No listening skills whatsoever! Worst part is she still managed to charge me $20. If there is any way that management can give me my $20 back for this bad experience that would be great cause I am certainly not coming back here and I’m gonna make sure people find out to not come back as well!"
