"They have no real knowledge of which a REAL barber would have. It's fake advertisement the workers there aren't cut out to do the duties of a barber. It's more of a salon and spa and they should label it as such. I went in for a tapered fade and the lady literally said what's that. I brushed it off and decided to give them a chance and she left me looking bad, real bad. Even after showing her pictures of what I expected. That's not even the worst part, once she thought she finished, my haircut wasn't blended properly I wasn't even done with the services I was gonna get cause she was already blowing me off trying to get me off the chair not even asking if I was done/satisfied. I told her I'm not even done and she said that they were on a time limit and there were 3 other people waiting for a haircut as if I'm not a customer myself. I brought that to her attention and immediately her mood changed. She looked dumbfounded as to what she should do next cause she had no knowledge of barber style cuts. I decided that was enough torture and got off the chair myself. I went on to pay $30 for the worst haircut of my life because I couldn't stand being there another minute to tolerate such unprofessionalism and ignorance. Note I did not want to pay and I feel I shouldn't have but whatever lesson learned, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Once again not a barber shop ppl don't go save your time and money."

"My boyfriend has been coming here for a while and never has had a issue until today, we scheduled an appointment @3:30pm and we arrived @3.10pm, when the lady finally answered after multiple calls she didn’t even let him speak! She was raising her voice and just being unacceptably rude and saying his appointment was already passed. Clearly it wasn’t! Very upset with this kind of customer service! Unacceptable!!"
