"They are all good quality barbers I have always recommend them as a whole i used to take my kids not no more because of the negative experience. I was waiting in line for aprx an hour and was confirmed to be next, when a priority customer arrives he (barber) will be polite and move you back to wait longer not knowing if you have a busy life. I hope they change their way of doing buisness.(NYSBS) you might need to implement an appointment system to manage your priority vs non-priority customers correctly and not do them wrong."
