"Absolutely annoying. Made an appt yesterday on The Cut app with Omar for my BF to get a cut and facial because we have a new baby at home and he needed some time out the house. Prepaid for 11-12 slot, tip included. When he got there 5 minutes late because the maps brought him to the wrong spot, the guy said he had three ppl in front of him and that he wouldn’t be able to get him in till close to 12 but they close soon… which I thought was weird, but I figured he was just gonna push past closing since HE messed up the scheduling. When my BF came back at 11:55 they were already closed, the door was locked…. He didn’t cancel the appt until 12:01 What’s the point in scheduling an appt if it’s not actually that set time, and when they can’t uphold their time slots they should cancel BEFORE someone gets there…"

"Walked up to the door at 5:15 and it was locked. As I'm walking back to my car I see another customer come out and drive away. If you're going to close the store at 5, don't have the posted times on the door and online saying you're open till 6pm. Misleading and false advertising."
